Our Journey with ROWAN LEGAL

Every great partnership has a beginning. Ours with ROWAN LEGAL started in May 2025, when we organized their first tailor-made event: a summer party at the Slivovitz Museum. It was a warm evening with a relaxed atmosphere where the team could truly unwind. Our mission was to ensure everyone felt pampered, and we succeeded. The event was a hit, the guests were thrilled, and we knew right then that we wanted to take this collaboration further.

A New Opportunity

Following the summer party, we met with the ROWAN LEGAL creative team to introduce the Catermat concept. During our discussion, they mentioned an upcoming late-September event for their back-office staff. It was just a brief mention, but for us, it was a signal - an opportunity to create something extraordinary.

At that time, we were preparing our own Open House for clients and invited them to attend. This turned out to be a turning point. Seeing our studio in person allowed the team to experience the atmosphere and see how we customize the space for every unique occasion. That’s when the idea was born: why not host the event right here?

September: A Fusion of Sushi and Fun

The plan was set. We wanted the back-office event to be more than just "dinner out." The goal was for guests to experience something new, get involved, and leave with both memories and new skills.

The result? A Sushi Workshop. We brought in a master sushi chef who guided the guests through the entire art of rolling. It was wonderful to watch people who usually spend their days surrounded by legal documents transform into creative chefs. The energy was lighthearted, everyone was laughing, cheering each other on, and discovering that while sushi is an art, mastering it is incredibly fun.

The evening was complemented by great drinks, light appetizers, and plenty of time for casual conversation. To wrap things up with a playful twist, we organized a Pub Quiz. Teams competed, laughed, and bonded even further.

The highlight? Everyone got to take home the sushi they had prepared themselves. It was a small but significant touch - the pride of creating something with their own hands and the joy of sharing it with their families at home.

Because ROWAN LEGAL already had a positive experience with us from the summer, planning the September workshop was seamless.
