1. Step One: If you don't have login credentials yet, simply send us an email or give us a call.
2. Quick Activation: As soon as you get in touch, we will create your profile and send you access details. Then, just log in at eorder.catermat.com to see our full product catalog, including prices.

The Ground Rules (So You Know Where You Stand)

To ensure your food arrives fresh and on time, we follow a few simple rules:

• Minimum Order: You just need to have products worth 2,000 CZK (excluding VAT) in your cart. This limit applies to both Prague and locations outside the city.
• Delivery: We have a flat delivery fee within Prague. If you are located nearby, we will calculate the price based on the distance.
• Delivery Windows: We deliver your food within a 45-minute window of your choice. This ensures your catering arrives exactly when you need it, giving you time to set everything up.
