The Story of Our Partnership with Valeo

Every successful long-term partnership has a beginning. Ours with Valeo started with what we do best catering. Over time, we became a trusted partner for their corporate events, and with each successful collaboration, our relationship grew stronger.

Then one day, we were asked a simple question:

"Would you be able to organize a Family Day for around 1,000 guests?"

Our answer was immediate.

Absolutely.

Transforming a Company Site into a Place Full of Experiences

The goal was to turn Valeo's outdoor premises into a welcoming space where employees and their families could spend a day enjoying great food, entertainment, and quality time together.

The first step was creating the event infrastructure. We installed spacious marquees that provided comfortable areas for dining, refreshments, and relaxation. Once everything was in place, the venue was ready to welcome hundreds of families.

Food That Brings People Together

Great food is at the heart of every successful event, so we designed a menu that appealed to guests of all ages.

One of the biggest highlights was our live pancake station, serving both sweet and savory pancakes freshly prepared to order.

For those craving something more substantial, we grilled fresh beef burgers, served with crisp salads and homemade coleslaw.

To keep everyone refreshed throughout the day, we provided a wide selection of beverages from drinks for adults to draft lemonades that quickly became a favorite among the youngest guests.

A Family Day Designed for Everyone

Of course, a Family Day is about much more than food. It's about creating memorable moments together.

To keep children entertained, the event featured a variety of attractions, including a carousel, giant bubble activities, balloon twisting, and many other fun experiences. While the children explored the activities, parents had the opportunity to relax, catch up with colleagues, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere.

One of the things we truly appreciate about Valeo is the care they invest in their employees and their families. This Family Day was far more than another event on the company calendar. It was a genuine expression of appreciation for the people who contribute to the company's success every day and an opportunity to spend meaningful time together outside the workplace.
