Autumn Full of Experiences: Events Worth Repeating

Autumn definitely doesn’t mean the end of corporate events. With pleasant temperatures, colourful scenery, and everyone getting back into their usual work routine, it’s actually the perfect time to enjoy some memorable moments together.

Looking back at last autumn, there were a few events we enjoyed so much that we’d happily do them all over again this year. Here are some of our favourites.

BBQs Aren’t Just for Summer

We often associate BBQs with summer, but early autumn might be an even better time for them. The intense summer heat is gone, while the weather is still pleasant enough to enjoy an afternoon or evening outdoors.

An autumn BBQ can be a relaxed team-building event, a get-together with clients, or even a larger company celebration. And when the temperature drops? Warm drinks, cosy blankets, and fairy lights create the perfect autumn atmosphere.

Mexican Workshop

When the weather isn’t ideal for outdoor activities, it’s time to move indoors. One format that worked particularly well for us last year was a Mexican cooking workshop.

Cooking together naturally brings people closer and creates plenty of opportunities for teamwork and fun. Mexican cuisine is colourful, diverse, and playful, making it easy for the whole team to get involved. And the best part? At the end, everyone gets to enjoy what they’ve created together.

Family Day for All Ages

Autumn is also a great time for Family Days. It’s an opportunity for colleagues to bring their partners and children and enjoy a day together outside the usual work environment.

The programme can combine kids’ activities, competitions, and creative workshops with entertainment for adults, great food, and music. Early autumn is especially ideal, as the weather still allows for outdoor activities without the intense summer heat.

Last autumn showed us that a successful event doesn’t need 30-degree temperatures and summer sunshine. Whether you choose a BBQ, a cooking workshop, or a Family Day, autumn offers plenty of opportunities to bring people together and create memorable shared experiences.
