General information
This ordering system (hereinafter referred to as the SYSTEM) is operated by EXPRESS DELI s.r.o. and is intended ONLY for registered users who are authorized by EXPRESS DELI. By using this system, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
The system is used to simplify the collection of orders. All orders created in this way are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an obligation on the part of EXPRESS DELI s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as ED) to deliver the goods. Only upon confirmation of the order, which is sent by the ED sales department to the registered email address of the registered customer, does ED become obligated to deliver the given assortment.
ED reserves the right to correct or change any information provided in this system.
Orders received on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. can be delivered the following working day within the selected time interval. Orders received outside these hours will be processed the following working day.
The SYSTEM operates 24 hours a day.
The use of any information contained in the SYSTEM (photographs, texts, etc.) is only possible with the written consent of ED.
By using this system, the user agrees that EXPRESS DELI will process all data provided by the user through this system.

Invoicing
ED issues invoices according to the instructions in the order, i.e., the ordering and registered entity is the one to which the tax document will be issued. Subsequent requests to change the tax document are not possible after the order has been fulfilled. ED is a VAT payer. All tax documents must be issued no later than 15 days from the date on which the obligation to declare tax or declare the performance of the service arose.
Additional services
In the case of ordering goods including rented inventory or furniture, installation and transport costs are charged to the order. The cost of these services is specified in the calculation.
Orders with inventory and service must be confirmed by the customer no later than 2 working days before delivery.
Inventory rental
The agreed inventory will be handed over at the company upon signature by the recipient or other responsible person. After the event, the inventory will be returned by this person to the driver in the same condition and quantity upon signature. Any differences in the quantity of inventory must be reported by the customer upon receipt. The differences will be recorded in the handover protocol. If the missing items are not returned within 24 hours after the event, they will be charged to the customer according to the price list below.
When paying in cash or by card, ED reserves the right to charge a deposit for the rented inventory.

In the event of loss or damage to rented inventory or furniture, the following costs will be charged, prices in CZK without VAT:

If the collection of missing inventory is arranged for a date other than the originally agreed date, an extra inventory collection fee will be charged according to the supplier's valid price list.
Minimum order and shipping
The minimum order is set at CZK 2,000 excluding VAT.
ED couriers always try to deliver orders at the agreed time. Due to the current traffic situation, the Company reserves the right to deliver orders within 45 minutes before the agreed time and up to 15 minutes after the agreed delivery time. The customer undertakes to ensure quick acceptance of the order within the selected time window. Please take this into account when selecting a time.
Delivery of goods is primarily only within the territory of the capital city of Prague. The shipping price is determined individually for each delivery address. If it is necessary to deliver an order outside the territory of Prague, the minimum order is set at CZK 5,000 excluding VAT. The shipping price will be calculated individually.Doručení zboží probíhá primárně pouze na území hlavního města Prahy. Cena dopravy je určena ke každé dodací adrese individuálně. V případě nutnosti doručit objednávku mimo území Prahy, je stanovena minimální objednávka na 5.000Kč bez DPH. Cena dopravného bude kalkulována individuálně.

CANCELLATION policy
By sending an order or accepting an offer, the order becomes binding. Cancellation or change of order according to the cancellation policy displayed in the e-shop and company offers.
Validity of prices in the e-shop
Prices are indicative and are binding only after confirmation by the EXPRESS DELI sales department. For calculations and offers, prices are valid for 30 calendar days.
